Just finished a school trip here with 36 students and the staff were absolutely amazing! They accommodated us every step of the way from planning to executing this trip! They were always very helpful! The rooms were good! The students absolutely loved the indoor pool and hot tubs! We cannot wait until next year! There are tons of great stops right across the street as well!
Brittany and Morgan made check in a breeze! Got our summer fun passes with no issue! Anytime the pool was closed due to weather they made sure to call our room and let us know it was back up! Rooms are great, could use a little updating but for what you pay you can’t complain. Great location and the pool and hot tub is amazing! Cannot go wrong with the Inn at Snowshoe
A nice, clean, inexpensive place to stay. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There was no weird smell. The bathroom looked fairly new. There is a pool and hot tub also! You can get lift passes at the front desk.
The only complaint is that i think they should upgrade the rooms! Everything else is perfect! And they should have the bar inside the Inn back working again! It was great when it was open! Especially when you are tierd, back from the slopes, and need a drink or some comfort food and go to bed! That was convenient!
Hotel was great. Only issue was the mattress in our room. It had a huge curve in it. Needs replacement! Pool and hot tubs were great!
I was very impressed with the rooms, the beds were extremely comfortable!! Clean and affordable for the area. Only complaint is the service - housekeeping was banging on our door 30 minutes before check-out saying “if they aren’t awake, then they are now!!” …. We were up for 2 hours before this, and had plenty of time. Just rude!!
The rooms aren’t super luxurious but how much time are you really spending there? Absolute gem for the price (incredibly low prices). Close to the top of the mountain for slopes or trails, great indoor pool and hot tub, and excellent staff. Mary on night shift was a HUGE help in ensuring I had all of my maps and passes for where I wanted to go. Even after I checked out, the cleaning staff chased me down to return my phone cable. Incredible place and I’ll definitely stay there again.
Perfect for the price. Clean and good, friendly service. Pool is nice and open late. Very basic, so don't expect luxury or pretty décor. But they are open year round and are by far the best place to stay in an area otherwise lacking lodging. Newly renovated beds are super comfortable.
